Inspired by her passion for people and health, Amy is an enthusiastic and empathetic practitioner.After being treated for her own health issues through natural medicine, Amy understands many of the frustrations that go along with chronic poor health.She believes that medicine cannot have a ‘one size fits all’ approach and is interested in treating her clients individually to address their own specific needs.
Originally from Shepparton, Amy spent four and a half years at the Endeavour College of Natural Medicine completing a degree in Health Science (Naturopathy). After spending the past 5 years working in the natural medicine industry across Melbourne Amy has worked with a very diverse range of people and health issues. She has a particular interest in fatigue, hormonal imbalances and immunity. She also has a passion for nutrition in the elderly and complementary medicine to pharmaceutical drug use to reduce side effects.
Additionally, over the past few years Amy has been involved in nutrition consulting a wide variety of athletes and as a competitive Irish Dancer herself, understands the importance of nutrition and diet in people wanting to perform at their best.

Polly is a fully accredited member of AAMT and holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Cert IV in Massage Practices and Cert IV in Kinesiology (Neuro-Training).
Polly enjoys helping clients improve their muscle and joint function by using a wide range of techniques including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Soft Tissue Massage and Stretches.
By regularly attending workshops and seminars, Polly is continually kept updated with new knowledge and skills as a Massage Therapist. This aids Polly's passionate goal in being the best Therapist she can with the knowledge she has to give the best possible outcome for her clients.
Born and Bred in Traralgon, Polly has lived here for over 30 years. In her spare time she loves to travel, getting outdoors and has a great love for all animals big and small.
A great believer in supporting local Businesses and the local community, Polly has been an active member of the REH Cork Club for over 10 years.
She often volunteers her time at the REH Craft Market to give Seated Massages for a Gold Coin Donation, which supports the Royal Children's Hospital.
